Nest: Day 9

Day 9
Obey your BOP and you’ll do fine.

From Das Album, Paris und Leipzig, 1899.

Ah, what a relief it is to make space in your brain for creativity. Eventually, all the stuff you need to remember will be in your BOP (Brain on Paper) and your brain will be free for finer things.

Today add any special items you need to complete every morning, things like “pack lunch,” or “cinch waist so I cannot breathe” or “trim nose hairs.”

So now you’ve got a daily page in your BOP that looks something like:

Morning routine:
Polish your place.
Take five (an 8 minute break every half hour).
Shovel your shitspot.
*Answer fan mail.*
*Scoop dog poo.*
*Write fan mail to self.*

Evening routine:
Polish your place.
Decide on duds.
