SOS: Day 51

Day 51
Increase your aerobic workout by 1 minute each day and 1 day each week.

An easy, safe, and effective way of increasing the amount of time you work out is to follow this simple rule: Every day increase by just one minute.

Let’s just pretend you were in terrible shape on Day One of our SOS program and were only able to walk for one minute. By today, following the 1 minute rule, you’d be up to nearly an hour.

Now, I didn’t bring this up on day one because I wanted you to take it slow, and at your own pace of slow. But starting today, begin increasing your exercise time by one minute on each successive day you work out.

If you currently perform aerobic exercise less than daily, I encourage you to add additional days at the rate of one day per week.
