SOS: Day 10
The first time I heard it, I was in an advertising strategy meeting . We’d brought in a savvy marketing guy to help us come up with arguments to convince a client to take our advice. We had great, new ideas, but the client wanted to keep on doing the same old, same old….which had not been working. The marketer said this was one of his standby sayings:
“If you always do what you always did, then you’ll always get what you always got.”

What to do so far:

Take a walk every day.
Write down everything you eat or drink daily.
Exercise to music.
Add healthy snacks to your diet .
Start fresh every day.
Weigh yourself daily or every Wednesday.
Dine early to be on the safe side.
Remember: if you always do what you always did, then you’ll always get what you always got.
