How was your pedometer test drive?

How did it feel to have your pedometer recording each step? Did it make you walk farther or faster?

Even though I told you not to change your activity level yet, I know that a simple thing such as knowing your pedpal is paying attention might make you—even unconsciously—modify what you do.

Be sure to wear it again today. And every day. Plus, write down your numbers.
