Update in December 2010: OK, this was how much weight I lost in one month. Since then, my SOS-ing friends, I’ve stayed at the same weight, although I’d like to lose additional pounds. But my lack of progress is not because the program doesn’t work; it’s because I’ve not been working the program. After some injuries and some illnesses–one a month long!–and–ahem–some high caloric vacations, I’m ready rock the roll of fat again.
