Nest: Day 40

Day 40
40 days and 40 nights of habithacking.

Sacrifice of Noah, Jacopo Bassano, 1574

Congratulations! Forty days is a long time to be hacking your habits. But into every life a little rain must fall (if not flood).  So chances are you’re hacking some habits better than you’re hacking others.

Today, I think we should go back and take a look at the habits we’ve worked on for our first forty days and recommit to working on those that have fallen by the wayside. Did I hear someone say “laundry?” Use the positive reinforcement trick from yesterday to address the tough ones.
