You won, you won, you won!
You should be feeling pretty good about yourself. You’ve habithacked your health for a whole month.
But let’s just say, for instance, that you’ve “forgotten” to exercise for the last, oh, twenty days. Not that I’m pointing any fingers. If you’ve not been able to keep up, don’t beat yourself up. Simply start over when you’re ready.
Are you walking every day? Are you still writing down what you eat?
