SOS: Day 11
Day 11
Eleven and seventh heaven.
I like to use the timer for 11 minutes to get things done. See today’s Nest and Create posts. If you’re just starting your exercise program, try walking for 11 minutes. If you’re New Agey at all, you’ll find it a rather auspicious beginning.
Numerology, Tarot, astrology, etc. blogger Avia Venefica writes in a long post on the number 11,
“The spiritual meaning of number Eleven… is that of new beginnings…The 11 carries a vibrational frequency of balance…Consequently, constant recurrences of number 11 in our lives often signal us to be aware of our balance:
- Balance emotion, thought and spirit
- Balance of masculine and feminine aspects
- Balance of work and play
Elevens are magical messages asking us if we are centered or off kilter.”
Ms. Venefica’s insights about new beginnings and balance certainly are in the habithacking spirit!
SOS Month 1
What to do so far:
In case you missed a day, the reminders below are clickable.
Get some sun.
Do your do.
Take a walk every day.
Write down everything you eat or drink daily.
Exercise to music.
Add healthy snacks to your diet .
Start fresh every day.
Weigh yourself daily or every Wednesday.
Dine early to be on the safe side.
Remember: if you always do what you always did, then you’ll always get what you always got.
Of course, you should exercise as much as you can, but exercising for 11 minutes is a great start.
