Nest: Day 37
Day 37
Hmmm. 3 x 7 = 21. All 3 feeds? All 7 days a week?
I’ve told y’all to start out slowly, to start with small steps and institute your routines in stages. Have you listened? Or have some of you tried to do too much too soon? I hope you decided, for instance, to follow just one habithacker feed. But I’ve heard about some who have tried to read all three and are now feeling overwhelmed or frustrated. I hope no one’s in that boat.
Because I am in it and bailing like crazy. This ship is going down, folks. Since I’m the one writing these posts I figured I ought to subscribe to all three of them and keep up seven days a week.
Well, as your official guinea pig, I can tell you that, just as I theorized, it’s not a good idea to change your nest habits, institute creative routines, and sweat and starve all at once.
Take my advice. Start out slowly. Try to do most of the daily activities from Nest, but don’t try to change everything else in your life at the same time. OK?

Do the worst first.
Lead by example.
Follow your BOP until a habit sticks.
Don’t try to do too much too soon (like all three feeds seven days a week).
