SOS: Day 2

Day 2
Do your do.

Argh! It’s hard to feel anything but grouchy when you look like this!

That’s why today you shall upgrade your image, my friends. If you work at home, like me,  instead of donning sweats, dress just a tiny bit better (jeans and a nice t-shirt with earrings would be enough). I admit this step is one of the hardest for me. As you can see, my clever cockatoo likes to take bites out of my shirts (thus creating cocka-tees out of my t-shirts) , so I am clothing challenged.

If you work outside of the home, add a little something extra to your outfit: a scarf, earrings, a handbag you don’t usually use. Better yet, girlfriend and guyfriend, go ahead and buy yourself something new.

And before you leave home, during your lunch hour, or after work, also repeat your SOS Day #1 activity which was to get some fresh air and sunshine (or cloudshine, if you’re in the gray today).

Does this all seem too easy so far? Are we not earning our SOS (Sweat or Starve) title? Just wait. I consider this SOS feed to be the most difficult and demanding of the three. Too demanding? You tell me.

Also, please either set aside an SOS section in your BOP (Brain on Paper.…you will have this if you’ve completed Habithacker’s Nest program) or get yourself a notebook.

SOS Month 1
What to do so far:

Get some sun. (even five minutes outside will make your outlook sunnier)
Do your do. (looking better makes you feel better)
