SOS: Day 17

Day 17
Time to wean.

I haven’t asked much so far. We write down what we eat (even if it’s an appetizer of milkshake and cheeseburger); we weigh; we listen to music…gee, this sounds like a vacation.

OK, since you’ve requested something more difficult (or did I hear you wrong), how about this? What’s the unhealthiest activity you do or food you eat or beverage you drink?

Starting today, you’ll begin to wean yourself from this monster of a thing.

Today, cut back a bit. For instance, if you drink twenty Cokes a day, commit to drinking eighteen. If you lie on your couch for ten hours routinely, stay on your couch for only 9 hours today. It’s a very nice, habithackery start.

As for me, I’m going to take more computer breaks. Starting this minute. So, bye bye.

SOS Month 1
What to do so far:

In case you missed a day, the reminders below are clickable.
Get some sun.
Do your do.
Take a walk every day.
Write down everything you eat or drink daily.
Exercise to music.
Add healthy snacks to your diet .
Start fresh every day.

Weigh yourself daily or every Wednesday.

Dine early to be on the safe side.

Remember: if you always do what you always did, then you’ll always get what you always got.

Exercising for 11 minutes is a great start.

Just start. Once you do, it seems easy.
