Write down your weight.

You knew the moment of truth would finally come, right? Get on the scale. No nonsense. Just step up. Write down the number in your food diary, on your calendar, or in your BOP (see Nest: Day 8). If you like, you can weigh every day. Personally I prefer to do it that way and watch the trend. But some of you might get discouraged. If that’s your pattern, from now on, you’ll weigh every Wednesday.
