My hardcover picture book for kids 4-8 years old, The 5,000 Friends of Veronica Veetch, has been published!
My manuscript was accepted a while ago, but alas, the book world does not move as quickly as you do when your mother-in-law rings the doorbell. (Advice: stow dirty towels between couch cushions, craft debris under furniture, then, panting, announce that your Zumba hour’s been interrupted.)
But I digress.
The 5,000 Friends of Veronica Veetch is a celebration of the wonders of reading, books, libraries, and friendship, charmingly illustrated by the talented Launie Parry.
